In order to be considered as an adopter, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Live within 75 miles of Tracy, CA
  • Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord IN WRITING if you currently rent
  • Have identification showing your present address (i.e., driver's license)
  • Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a dog.


Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of an Animal Rescue of Tracy dog.
